This page describes the terms and conditions that govern your use of products and services, including all websites and desktop, mobile, and web software applications offered by CodePunch Solutions ("CodePunch", "us", or "we").

All information provided by CodePunch Solutions is owned by or licensed to CodePunch. CodePunch and its licensors retain all proprietary rights.

Except for making one hard copy print of limited portions, the information provided on the web pages of CodePunch may not be reproduced, transmitted, or distributed without CodePunch's written permission.

The user agrees to indemnify CodePunch from any damages, losses, costs, or expenses which CodePunch, its affiliates, their respective employees, and authorised representatives may incur as a result of material entered into these web pages by the user.

Disclaimer

CodePunch makes no guarantees or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of, or results and information to be obtained from, accessing and using this web page.

Neither CodePunch nor its affiliates shall be liable to any user or anyone else for any inaccuracy, error, or omission, regardless of cause, in these web pages or for any damages resulting therefrom.

API and Data Feed Services

You may use the data only for trademark, security, and phishing domain monitoring and statistical analysis. You may redistribute or resell the data only if there is substantial value addition, or if you are integrating smaller but relevant parts into your own website or products.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from within your PayPal account or using the subscriber page at FastSpring. After cancellation, no future charges will be made. You will retain access until the end of the current subscription term.

Annual subscriptions without automatic renewal provide access for one year. A new manual purchase is required to continue after that period. Please contact us if you want to arrange this.

Refunds are not available on API and data feed subscription products. Please subscribe only after you are satisfied that the service meets your requirements. Please contact us if you need additional information or want an evaluation account to test the data.

Downloadable Software

You may not de-compile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce any downloadable software available at the websites of CodePunch to a human-perceivable form. You may not modify, rent, or resell for profit these software products, or create derivative works based upon the software.

You may not publicise or distribute any registration code algorithms, information, or registration codes used by the software without permission of CodePunch Solutions. You may not use any registration codes for the software that have not been purchased from CodePunch or an authorised representative of CodePunch.

Limited Warranty

Our software products are subject to a limited warranty. CodePunch warrants to the licensee that the software will perform according to its published documentation and, to the best of CodePunch's knowledge, the licensee's use of this software is not an infringement of any third party's intellectual property rights. To the extent permitted by law, the above-stated limited warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied. No agent of CodePunch is authorised to make any other warranties or to modify this limited warranty.

Installation and Uninstallation

All our downloadable software products can be uninstalled easily from the Windows control panel, normally from the "Programs and Features" applet. Mac OS X applications can be uninstalled by dragging the application to the trash.

All software products are digitally signed and you can identify the publisher (CodePunch Solutions) at the time of installation. All software products available from our site are developed by us. We never include or bundle any third-party applications with our products.

Upgrade Policy

Unless otherwise stated, minor updates are free. For example, if you purchased version 1.0 you are entitled to minor version updates like 1.01, 1.1, 1.2 and so on at no extra cost.

Major version updates (for example from version 1.0 to version 2.0) are free if you are within the free upgrade period. All free major version upgrades must be claimed within 90 days of the new product release.

Lifetime Free Upgrades

Some product offers may include free lifetime upgrades. The term lifetime refers to the life of the product and you will receive all minor and major version upgrades of the same product. You will need to claim your free upgrade within 3 months of any major version release.

Special Upgrade Offers

From time to time we offer special upgrades to customers who purchased an older software or a lower version of an existing product. These are complimentary upgrades and are not recorded. It is the responsibility of the customer to back up any registration codes and software products provided as part of the offer. We will not be able to resend upgrade registration codes or software links if they are misplaced.
